Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds are not applicable on sale items. To request a refund, customers must do so within 2 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned within 2 business days for Karachi and 4-6 business days for other cities. It should be unused, with tags attached, and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days after the item is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or if free shipping was offered.

Exchanges are not available for sale items. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with their original tags and purchase details. Customers must ship the item for exchange within 7 days of receiving it. All shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
